Clean your diamond and gold pieces gently with a soft dry cloth. If the gold is stained, use warm water and diluted hand soap to gently rub off any marks. Avoid cleaning pearls and other gemstones with water and soap.

Delivery and returns

Shipping and returns are complimentary. You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. To simplify your holiday shopping, orders placed between 11/21 and 12/22 can be returned until 01/06.
