Paying with Klarna is simple! Proceed to the checkout screen, once you have entered your contact and shipping information, you will be able to select "Klarna" as a payment option. Enter basic information to apply for easy monthly financing. A simple two-step application will provide an instant approval decision. Once you're approved, Klarna will send you an email confirmation and payment reminders. You can manage your payments directly in the Klarna App.
All orders are shipped from the United States and we currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping and returns are free for all orders delivered in the United States. If your order is shipping to Puerto Rico or Canada, you will be presented with several shipping options at checkout.
As soon as the shipping label for your order is created, you will receive the tracking number by email. Orders typically ship the same day the label is created.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will take between 2 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Orders ship via overnight FedEx services. If your order is made to order, it will ship within 4 to 6 weeks.

All orders are shipped from the United States.
For all U.S orders, the sales tax will be calculated at checkout according to the state/province of the shipping address. Since this is a domestic shipment, you will not be charged duties.
For international orders, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
For U.S orders, your order will ship via FedEx Overnight shipping. A third party insures all orders, and therefore, "Nouvel Heritage" will not be written on the shipping label.
If the product you want to purchase is out of stock, there will be a mention in your cart underneath the item that will ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Once you placed your order, one of our concierges will send you a personal email to confirm the order; this concierge will become your main point of contact and can answer any questions or concerns you may have during that time.

If you would like to have a custom engraving on your jewelry, please contact our concierge team. Most bangles and rings can be engraved. Certain items like ear cuffs, necklaces, or earrings may be too small for custom engravings.
Returns & Exchanges
For all orders delivered in the U.S, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on both in-stock and made-to-order items. Please ensure that the jewelry is returned in new and resalable condition with no signs of wear. Please send back orders in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on jewelry personalized with engravings. *Returned items that are not in resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns beyond the 14 day policy, and they must be shipped by the 14th day using the pre-paid return label provided.
Items received as gifts (purchased on nouvelheritage.com) may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
Please visit our return center here to process your return. You will be able to submit a return request using your order number and email address. Our concierge team will review the request and once approved, send you a pre-paid FedEx label by email. All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in new, resalable condition. *Returned items that are not in resalable condition will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns & exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days of order delivery using the pre-paid label provided.

We accept returns on most made-to-order items as long as they are not personalized with an engraving or that the product is marked as eligible for returns. Please see your invoice to check if the product you order is eligible for return.

To find the bangle size that will fit you best, please refer to the size chart on the product's page. The button is labeled "Size Chart" and is located next to the Size label. Our rings use standard US sizing and fit true-to-size. If you would like assistance with determining your size or would like to receive a complimentary ring sizer, please contact one of our concierges at email@example.com.

Here are a few tips to keep your jewelry in good condition over time:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to chlorinated or saltwater or too high temperatures
- Avoid putting your jewelry in contact with chemicals and detergents
- Store your jewelry in a jewelry box and try to minimize contact with other jewelry to avoid scratches or impacts
- Avoid wearing your jewelry while exercising
Clean your diamond and gold pieces gently with a soft dry cloth. If the gold is stained, use warm water and diluted hand soap to gently rub off any marks. Avoid cleaning pearls and other gemstones with water and soap. Diamonds is the hardest of all gemstones, making it very prone to scratching other materials. We recommend that you keep your diamond pieces stored in a jewelry box and ensure it avoids direct contact with other gold pieces.
Having our products repaired or worked on by an outside jeweler would void any potential for a return, exchange, replacement or refund, should anything happen to the product due to their work. If you need a different size and have not worn the piece yet, please contact our concierge team and we will be happy to find the right size for you.
Your Nouvel Heritage products are under warranty for any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages from accident, misuse or neglect.
- Defects and damages caused by improper use (scratches, dents, chains breaking from catching on something etc.)
- Unauthorized modification by a third party (repairs, resizing, or any other work)
- Products where the serial number originally imprinted is removed or not clearly legible
- Normal wear and tear or aging of the products
- Lost items
We produce all of our jewelry in-house in our workshop in Paris, France. Every creation features the "Made in France" engraving.
We exclusively use conflict-free and natural diamonds.
For color, we use diamonds with F to G grade.
For clarity, we use diamonds with VS1 to VS2 grades.
Because the Responsible Jewellery Council has certified our workshop, the sourcing of our materials adheres to strict industry guidelines and is socially and environmentally responsible.
We exclusively utilize gemstones sourced from conflict-free regions. All of our gemstones are natural and untreated.
We exclusively use 18-karat recycled gold.
Our 18-karat white gold is combined with the valuable metal palladium, which lends the alloy its distinctive shade. Palladium is similar in composition and rarity to platinum, however the metal is more resistant to scratching. Palladium is also significantly more expensive to source than both gold or platinum. However, the use of palladium in our jewelry ensures that our creations are hypoallergenic and long-lasting, so that they may be cherished for a lifetime.
Our family workshop is located on Rue de La Paix in Paris, in the heart of the historic fine jewelry district. We employ over a hundred seasoned craftsmen, with several having more than 25 years of experience. We handle every step of jewelry making, from CAD conceptualization to casting, stone sourcing, and polishing. Nouvel Heritage and our parent company are proudly women-led and family-owned. Our workshop focuses on expert French craftsmanship while developing innovative techniques.
Our workshop is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council, ensuring that our supply chain conforms to RJC's strict Code of Practices in regards to business ethics, human rights, social responsibility, and environmental performance.
