Shipping and returns are free for all orders delivered in the United States. If your order is shipping to Canada or France, you will be presented with several shipping options at checkout.
As soon as the shipping label for your order is created, you will receive the tracking number by email. Orders typically ship the same day the label is created.
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will take up to 2 business days for your order to ship. Orders ship via overnight FedEx services. If your order is made to order, it will ship within 4 to 6 weeks.

All orders are shipped from the United States.
For all U.S orders, the sales tax will be calculated at checkout according to the state/province of the shipping address. Since this is a domestic shipment, you will not be charged duties. For international orders, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.
For U.S orders, your order will ship via FedEx Overnight shipping. A third party insures all orders, and therefore, "Nouvel Heritage" will not be written on the shipping label.
If the product you want to purchase is out of stock, there will be a mention in your cart underneath the item that will ship within 4 to 6 weeks. Once you placed your order, one of our concierges will send you a personal email to confirm the order; this concierge will become your main point of contact and can answer any questions or concerns you may have during that time.

If you would like to have a custom engraving on your jewelry, please contact our concierge team. Most bangles and rings can be engraved. Certain items like ear cuffs, necklaces, or earrings may be too small for custom engravings.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all orders delivered in the U.S, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. We accept returns on both in-stock and made-to-order items. Please make sure to send back the jewelry in its original packaging, and that the jewelry has no sign of wear. We do not accept returns on jewelry personalized with engravings.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally.
Your order will come with a pre-paid return label (FedEx). Please email one of our concierges at email@example.com to let them know you are returning your order.

Clean your diamond and gold pieces gently with a soft dry cloth. If the gold is stained, use warm water and diluted hand soap to gently rub off any marks. Diamonds is the hardest of all gemstones, making it very prone to scratch other materials. We recommend that you keep your diamond pieces stores in a jewelry box and avoiding direct contact with other gold pieces.
We make all our jewelry in-house in our workshop in Paris, France. Every jewelry piece has the "Made in France" engraving. Our workshop is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council.
We exclusively use conflict-free and natural diamonds. For color, we use diamonds with H to G grade. For clarity, we use diamonds with VS1 to VS2 grades. Because the Responsible Jewellery Council certifies our workshop, our sourcing is socially and environmentally responsible.

Our workshop is located on Rue de La Paix in Paris, in the heart of the historic fine jewelry district. We employ over a hundred seasoned craftsmen, some with more than 25 years of experience. We handle every step of jewelry making, from CAD conceptualization to casting, stone sourcing, and polishing. Nouvel Heritage and our parent holding are women-led companies and family-owned. Our workshop focuses on expert savoir-faire while developing innovating techniques.
Our workshop is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council, which means it conforms to RJC's Code of Practices for business ethics, human rights, social and environmental performance.
We exclusively use 18-karat recycled gold.

There are two ways you can earn points: 1) Creating an Account: you will automatically receive 2,000 points 2) Placing an Order: you will receive 10 points every $1 spent

There, you will be able to see how many points you collected and how many rewards you can redeem. Select a reward to display the discount code created.
