Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and France.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and returns are free for all orders delivered in the United States. If your order is shipping to Canada or France, you will be presented with several shipping options at checkout.

Where is my order?

As soon as the shipping label for your order is created, you will receive the tracking number by email. Orders typically ship the same day the label is created.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

If your order is in stock, it will take up to 2 business days for your order to ship. Orders ship via overnight FedEx services. If your order is made to order, it ships within 4 to 6 weeks.

Where is my order shipping from?

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

For all U.S orders, the sales tax will be calculated at checkout according to the state/province of the shipping address. Since this is a domestic shipment, you will not be charged duties.
For international orders, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for.

How is my order shipped?

For U.S orders, your order will ship via FedEx Overnight shipping. A third party insures all orders, and therefore, "Nouvel Heritage" will not be written on the shipping label.

What is your return policy?

For all orders delivered in the U.S, we offer free returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. We accept returns on both in-stock and made-to-order items. Please make sure to send back the jewelry in its original packaging, and that the jewelry has no sign of wear. We do not accept returns on jewelry personalized with engravings.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

    How can I return my order?
    Please visit our return center here to process your return. You will be able to submit a return request using your order number and email address. Once approved, our concierge team will review the request and send you a free pre-paid FedEx label by email.
    Are returns free?

    Yes, returns are always free! You will receive a pre-paid FedEx label by email to ship your return.

    Can I return my order if it was made to order?

    Yes, we accept returns on made-to-order items as long as they are not personalized with an engraving.
